How to request access
Requests must be in writing, identify the record, and explain why access is needed to exercise or protect a right. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Records we hold
Customer account records, billing records, support tickets, website content, server logs, and internal operational records.

Grounds for refusal
We may refuse requests that reveal third-party personal information or trade secrets, are frivolous, or would prejudice lawful enforcement activity.

Appeal
If a request is refused, you may appeal in writing to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
